Hysol ® 0430 Red
Hot Melt Adhesive

 Description
Hysol Spraypac™ 0430 Red is formulated to be spray applied to a wide variety of substrates using the Hysol 4210 Spray Tool™.   SprayPac 0430 Red is suitable for bonding expanded polystyrene or urethane foams, corrugated, wood, fabrics and plastics. SprayPac 0430 Red can be used in most applications where solvent-based aerosols are used. The adhesive is available red tinted Polyshot cartridges.

Application
Best results are achieved when sprayed 6-9" above the substrate. A one inch high pattern is optimum. Adjust set screw on the Hysol 4210 SprayToolTM counter clockwise to increase spray width or clockwise to dispense a bead.  Apply at 360F using thermostat part # EST005. Use cartridges well dusted with talc the powdery material which coats cartridges as recieved.
