Hysol ® 0437
Hot Melt Adhesive
Description
Hysolâ SprayPacä 0437 hot melt adhesive is formulated to be spray applied to a wide variety of substrates through bulk hot melt spray equipment. Hysol 0437 is suitable for bonding polyethylene or urethane foams, expanded polystyrene, corrugated, wood, fabrics, and plastics.  If smaller applications require a hand held portable hot melt applicator, Hysol SprayPacä 0430 shaped hot melt adhesive is recommended using the Hysol 4210 Spray Toolä.

Application
Allow dispensing equipment to reach operating temperature before applying the adhesive.  Hysol 0437 should be sprayed 6-9" above the substrate.  The best bonding results are achieved when the substrates are bonded immediately.
