Best results are achieved when sprayed 6-9" above the substrate. A one-inch high pattern is optimum. Adjust set screw on the Hysol 4210 SprayToolTM counter clockwise to increase spray width or clockwise to dispense a bead. Apply at 360°F using thermostat part # EST005. To achieve optimum adhesive and applicator performance; do not let an applicator sit full, hot and idle for more than ½ hour. Turn the adhesive cartons prior to opening to redistribute the talc powder, and do not reload to until ready to use.
