VAC-TAC SPRAY ADHESIVE SYSTEM
The ultimate SOLVENT-FREE adhesive system for securing and positioning reinforcement materials in vacuum infused composites
The
system is designed specifically for the positioning of materials, such as
reinforcement fabrics, foams, balsa, peel piles and release films, even in the
largest vacuum infused composite structures. The VAC-TAC adhesive remains tacky
up to 5 miniutes once applied, the materials can be carefully positioned and
adjusted, allowing much more flexibility for the user.

The adhesive spray is applied with a TEC 6300 pneumatic hand held glue gun to
position and secure fiber reinforcement. This tool can be adjusted to provide
various spray patterns making it suitable for very fine work or for covering
much larger areas
500 watt, 43mm glue gun that can dispense hotmelt adhesives in spray, bead and dot patterns. Pneumatically assisted for easy all day use. Requires compressed air.
CABLE-TAC adhesive-Once the the reinforcement materials are laid up, resin and vacuum feed pipes can be positioned with the TEC 650 and Cable TAC adhesive.
Traditional fixing methods such as aerosol spray cans
carry serious health riskes, but with the new solvent-free VAC-TAC system,
health and safety are much improved and the difficult problem of transport and
disposal with spray cans is eliminated.
