Wood Repair System
For a fast and effective repair the Knot -Tec Repair System is the answer!
The TEC 250 applicator plus the TECBond 7718/12 polyamide hot melt has been specially developed for repairing knots and filling damaged wood surfaces. Simply fill the knot hole or damaged surface with the TECBond 7718/12 molten adhesive (available in in different colors to match the wood: amber, beige, black and cola). When the surplus glue has been removed , which can be easily done using a sharp chisel or cutting tool, you are the then able to treat or paint the wood in the normal way.

If required use the furnished special heat sink metal block and silicon release
mat to create a form around knot holes that are on the edge or go completely though the wood.
      Shown are the colored hot melt sticks which are available in Cola, Amber, Black, Beige. Our Starter Kit contains 3 of each color glue sticks.
